Just 3 min away from MRT QiZhang (green line, four stops away from Gongguan/NTU) and bus stop (useful buses such as, #252 stop right in front of NTU/Taidai #252, #642 for Normal University/Shida and #650 to TWTC and #7 brown to Taipei 101. In a nice quiet neighborhood yet only 3 min to Carre Four, B&Q, World Gym, Star Bucks, Barista Coffee and 4 min to the new My City mall (many nice restaurants there), MacDonald¡¦s, KFC, Subway and Wells English. Also, David English, Global Village and Hua Language Institute are all in waling distance (5 or 15min) or a bus stop away. Trust me; once you move here, you will not want to live anywhere else!! This beautifully furnished master/ensuite bedroom (in a fully furnished 3 bedroom 30+ ping apartment) comes with AC, small fridge, TV and is inclusive of cable and internet; you have your OWN PRIVATE bathroom, TV, etc. We have a washing machine, no need to waste money/time at the laundromat. Your room is Japanese style with raised hard wood flooring (very clean, designed to be slept upon), is bright and airy; the super super large closets and TV cabinet/dresser is of the same design. There is a window (with unobstucted view), with real curtains! This room gets lots of light and is very spacious. Although it is right off Bei Sin road (becomes Roosevelt road), it¡¦s really quiet, day and night; you can wake to the sounds of birds rather than scooters. The entire building itself has only 2 other units, so very safe and simple. We have garbage disposal service, so no need to wait for the stinky garbage truck! We are a quiet and friendly cbc couple (an engineer & a technical writer) looking for an easygoing person, who is quiet, clean and responsible. All you need is the shirt on your back. Chinese or Foreigner welcomed (females preferred).
