Coming from Taipei train station you'll need to take either the green or the orange line going to Danshui or Beito . Both trains run on the same tracks
and are color-coded green for Damshui and orange for Beito.
Just
go to Zhongshan north road section 3 and take a right into Dehui Street. The
Empress hotel will be on your right after a few meters.
